The Whitecroft Community Hall offers an affordable venue for a range of occasions, from wedding receptions to social gatherings and dances.
Our main hall is 44’ x 47’ and accommodates:
- 150 seated guests or 130 with a dance floor
- 14 round tables (60” diameter)
- 20 rectangle tables (30” x 96”)
- Coffee station
- 2 large serving tables on wheels
Our hall is a smoke-free environment and is fully wheelchair accessible.

Our Kitchen Includes:
- Dinner plates, small plates, cutlery, coffee cups & saucers, glasses, wine glasses for 150 guests
- Miscellaneous assortment of cooking pots and utensils
- 10 burner gas stove with 2 ovens, standard fridge/freezer, commercial beverage cooler and dish sanitizer
- A natural gas BBQ
- 1 larger, portable, propane BBQ grill is also available to rent

Our hall rental came with an array of outdoor amenities. From the charming gazebo for serene gatherings to the inviting picnic tables for leisurely meals, and a lively playground for children's enjoyment, there's something for everyone

Whitecroft Community Hall Booking
Our Rental Rates
Rates are subject to change without notice. Damage deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. Receipt of damage deposit secures rental rate.
- Full weekend rate: $1,500 /weekend. From Friday noon, all Saturday to Sunday at 6 pm
- Two-day weekend rate: $1,300 /weekend. All Saturday to Sunday at 6 pm
Full-day rate: $800 /day Monday to Sunday – 10 am-2 pm
Partial day rate: $500 /day.
Mon-Thurs & Sunday afternoons – 12 pm-6 pm- Friday or Saturday – No partial day rentals
If alcohol will be served at a function, renters are required to purchase an Alberta Liquor License and Host Liquor Liability Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000. The Whitecroft Community League and Strathcona County must be named on the Certificate of Insurance.

Hall Rental Payment Options
We encourage you to use e-transfer whenever possible to pay for hall rentals.
All e-transfers sent to [email protected] are automatically deposited into our bank account. For those of you who do not use e-transfer, we will accept cheques or cash.
